The Crown Chakra

The Navel Chakra
This is the chakra of sexuality and creative energy.  If large, you are most
likely expressing your creative/sexual energy positively.  If restricted,
you are feeling uninspired and need replenishment.

The Root Chakra
The root chakra relates to physical survival and safety.  If large, you are feeling
safe and secure in your basic needs.  If small, you are most likely under
stress and need to work on your fundamental needs.
